It is only used as the emblem of Tradition and Order, a Ukrainian right-wing radical group.
Use as a hate symbol:
The emblem does not contain any previously established hate symbols. However, because it is used exclusively by the radical right-wing group Tradition and Order, the emblem itself can be considered a hate symbol.
A mace and a hand appear separately in a variety of images and emblems, however, when used together, theycan be considered a hate symbol.
This symbol is only used deliberately, never by accident.
